Return Policy

At Sit Boo-Boo we want you to love your stuff. We know life is busy and can get in the way of training, so we've made returning easy and convenient. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.

Note: Return Policy only applies to items from authorized sellers.

Returning Online Purchases by Mail

To begin, have ready the following items:

  • Your Amazon Order Number
    (if you need help finding it please contact us at woof@sitboo.com or 1-888-901-4606)
  • Your Original Packing Slip

To send your return:

  • Indicate reason for return anywhere on packing slip
  • Include your Amazon Order Number or Our Order Number (must be clearly visible)
  • Securely package up your item
  • Address to:

  • Ship your package with a service of your choice. Be sure to get a tracking number. Sit Boo-Boo cannot be responsible for packages lost upon returning.
  • Upon receipt, Sit Boo-Boo will issue you a credit for your order within 14 business days.

Conditions

Approval of your return is subject to the following:
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Defective products are allowed for return for replacement or credit within 30 days or if the product is still within its warranty.
  • All returns must be within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Thereafter, all sales are final.
  • All returns must be in original factory packaging with all original packing materials.
  • Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Any return sent back freight collect will be refused.
  • All replacement items will be shipped after we have received and processed your defective return. A new tracking number will be sent to you for the replacement item when it ships.
  • All credits will be made back to the original payment method.
  • Sit Boo-Boo will not be held responsible for customers ordering the wrong product(s), and all refusals will be credited minus the shipping charges.
  • If a package arrives damaged, it's best for you to refuse the package. If you sign for and keep the package, you should note the damage when signing for it so a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier.
